Aims, contents and method of the course

Due to progressive deregulation and privatization, facility companies increasingly appear international and move away from the previously well-established national and monopolistic character. Nevertheless, there is still need for regulation whenever the monopolistic character is still present (e.g. infrastructure sectors).
