Aims, contents and method of the course
Statistische Methoden in der Genetik und BioinformatikDieses Jahr wird der Focus auf der Analyse von Microarray Daten liegen. Geplant ist sowohl frequentistische als auch Bayesianische Ansätze zu untersuchen, sowie deren Umsetzun in R (Bioconductor).
