Aims, contents and method of the course

Assessment and permitted materials

Seminar presentation (50%), a final exam (50%).

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

The course covers major topics of the literature on enterprise transformation in the European transition countries. The aims of this course are to give an overview of the literature and to discuss the methodological tools and results of empirical studies.
