Aims, contents and method of the course
Assessment and permitted materials
Written exam.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Understanding typical problems in bioinformatics and systems biology. Application of computer science methods for solving these problems and interpretation of the results in the biological context.
Examination topics
Presentation and discussion of selected topics. Lecture in German with english materials. Homework exercises.
