- coordination of econcomic activities
- internal and external organization
- organizational structures and processes
- influencing factors on organization (strategy, environment, ...)

Assessment and permitted materials

25% attendance and participation, 25% exercises, 50% final exam

Examination topics

Contents are presented in form of lectures and deepend by home exercises of the participants which are discussed in class.
