Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Knowledge of strategic and operational management concepts for IT organizations;
Knowledge and application of IT governance frameworks, in particular ITIL and CoBIT;
Knowledge of tool-based management concepts, in particular the balanced scorecard method;
Definition and selection of performance indicators;
IT architecture management and impact analyses;
Practical application of the concepts in case studies
