* Knowledge about strategic and operational design and management approaches for the organisation of IT
* Knowledge about goals and application of IT governance frameworks
* Application of tool-based IT management concepts for enterprise architecture management and impact analyses
* Basic knowledge of using EAM tools (ADOit)* Autonomous work with scientific literature
