Aims, contents and method of the course

The course gives an overview on the field of business informatics and introduces some core areas. The goal is to give an overview of the methods and applications in business informatics. The teaching method is that of a classical Vorlesung.

Assessment and permitted materials

Written individual multiple choice exam at the end of the semester. It is necessary to register before the exam separately in Univis if you want to take the exam. For the exam no material or other means are allowed to be used, including dictionaries. The language of the exam is German.

For the multiple choice test 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 oder 5 answering possibilities may be correct per question.
For each completely correctly answered question you receive 1 point.
In total 15 points can be gained for the exam.
The grading scale is defined as follows: <8 points: Nicht genügend; 8,9 points: Genügend; 10,11 points: Befriedigend; 12,13 points: Gut; 14,15 points: Sehr Gut

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Presentation of the foundations of business informatics with a special focus on research methods and enterprise modeling methods.

For a positive evaluation of the course the multiple choice test has to be positively evaluated.

Examination topics

Basis for the exam are the contents covered in the Vorlesung.

The script is only a supplement to the orally presented contents.

Additional literature will be announced during the course.
