Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Assessment and permitted materials
During this course a software project will be created. The project as a whole has to be described in a project report (PDF). In that report the biological/technical background has to be introduced, the chosen approaches described and justified and the results and possible problems have to discussed. In addition, the developed software and its usage has to be documented.
Furthermore, the project (its background, approaches and aims) has to be explained in a presentation at the beginning of the semester as well as its results and details in a final presentation at the end, both in front of the course participants.
