Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

The course will focus on improving the Hebrew skills mainly by watching modern TV shows.

According to the selected TV shows we will hold discussions on different aspects of the
Israeli culture and on the way it is being reflected via the TV series.

By watching series in Hebrew students have the chance of improving their Hebrew skills in several ways; listening comprehension, reading (subtitles in Hebrew), and then discussing on what have been watched (expanding the Hebrew vocabulary).
Grade will be based on assignments and small projects (e.g. presentations) that the students will have to prepare and present in class.
This course is meant for students with a proficient level in Hebrew, as most of its content will be held in Hebrew.
