Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

The aim is to work on selected texts from the Midrash on the Song of Songs in the original language. After the translation, a comparison with commentaries will be made and an analysis of the content will take place.

Assessment and permitted materials

preparing of source texts, reading in Hebrew, interpreting of texts
control:
Seminar: 25 points max. working during the lectures
moderation: 25 points max.
seminar work: 50 points max

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

• not more than 2 Absences,
seminar work
• 81-100 points = 1.
• 61-80 points = 2.
• 41-60 points = 3.
• 21-40 points = 4.
• 0-20 points = 5.
