Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Jewish migration into Austria after 1945 is scarcely covered by historians. Facts and figures should be collected during the course. The concepts of jewish identity within the changes from post-war society to multiculturalism will be discussed. The principles of oral history will be introduced as well as the needs of journalistic approach. Audio-interviews of migrants will be prepared and put into effect by students.
