Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
The course takes the topic of Jewish festivals as an opportunity to deal with Jewish identity, internal differentiation and development. The source texts play an important role, but also the processing in literature (from the philosophy of Hermann Cohen to the crime novels of Alfred Bodenheimer).
Assessment and permitted materials
Examination after completion of the course (oral - digital or face-to-face depending on the Covid situation).
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Knowledgeable survey knowledge; oral exam at end; 81-100 points = 1; 61 - 80 points = 2, 41 - 60 points = 3, 21 - 40 points = 4, 0 - 20 points = 5.
