Aims, contents and method of the course

The fields communicated during the respective courses deal with groups of archaeological sources which are only made accessible through natural scientific methods ("archaeological science"). Therefore, basic methods and frequent topics are presented for each field, with a clear emphasis on their relevance for archaeological research questions. Case studies from
ongoing research are presented and basic literatur is presented.

Assessment and permitted materials

Written Test with sinlge/multiple choice questions and questions which need complete sentences as answer
