Aims, contents and method of the course

Studierende haben Grundkenntnisse der nonverbalen Teile der Grammatik des Mittelägyptischen und beherrschen das hieroglyphische Schriftsystem. Sie besitzen einen Grundvokabelschatz.
Einführung in die Grundprinzipien des hieroglyphischen Schriftsystems des Mittleren Reiches. Einführung in die Basisgrammatik des Mittelägyptischen mit Ausnahme des Verbalsystems.
Unterrichtsgespräch und gemeinsame Übungen.

Assessment and permitted materials

StEOP: Die Veranstaltung dient zur Vorbereitung auf die Modulabschlussprüfung
EC: Anwesenheitspflicht (einmaliges unentschuldigtes Fehlen erlaubt) 15%; erfolgreiche Teilnahme an mindestens zwei von drei Zwischentests "Hieroglyphische Zeichen" zu je 25 %; ein Abschluss-Vokabeltest 35%
Studienrechtliche Details werden in der 1. Unterrichtsstunde besprochen
