Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

The lecture will focus on important archaeological sites of the Viking Age in Scandinavia and the areas settled by the Scandinavians. The most important archaeological sites will be analysed in terms of their origin, topography, chronology, settlement, burial customs, social structure, crafts, agriculture and trade.
