Aims, contents and method of the course

Assessment and permitted materials

Die Leistungsbeurteilung erfolgt in einer zweistündigen schriftlichen Prüfung, welche einzelne Komponenten (Wissensfragen und Verständnisfragen) des in der VO behandelten Stoffes umfasst.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

In der Vorlesung wird die Geschichte Russlands und der Sowjetunion im 20. Jahrhundert und damit bewusst über zwei Epochengrenzen (1917/18; 1989/1991) hinweg betrachtet, um sowohl Brüche als auch Kontinuitäten besonders heraus zu stellen. Ausdrücklich wird zudem auf den Charakter des Zarenreichs, der UDSSR als auch der Russländischen Föderation als Vielvölkerstaat eingegangen.
