Aims, contents and method of the course

Inhalte, Methoden und Ziele: Im Rahmend des GR werden Quellen und wissenschaftliche Texteunter Einbeziehung diskursanalytischer Methoden gelesen und interpretiert, und es wird ferner ein Überblick über das Reisen im späten Mittelalter und in der Neuzeit mit besonderer Berücksichtigung des östlichen Europas geboten. Dabei werden nicht nur die Motive für das (Ver-)Reisen, sondern auch die Voraussetzungen für das zunehmende Fernweh erörtert.
Art der Leistungskontrolle: Aktive und regelmäßige Mitarbeit sowie kleinere Hausübungen (Teampräsentationen, lexikalische Begriffsrecherche sowie Vergleich und Interpretation von Begriffen, Abschlusskongress)
