Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Durch die Aufnahme außereuropäischer Mitglieder - wir wollen uns besonders auf Cuba (1972) konzentrieren - wurde die europäische ökonomische Organisation der sozialistischen Staatengemeinschaft zu einer globalen Organisation. Die Grundprinzipien der internationalen sozialistischen Arbeitsteilung gaben 1962 eine Angleichung des Entwicklungsniveaus der RGW-Länder als Zielsetzung. Durch die Aufnahme von - wie sich Cuba selbst bezeichnete - "unterentwickelten" Ländern wurde der RGW zu einer Entwicklungsorganisation. In dem Seminar wollen wir diese weitgehend vergessene Seite der internationalen Wirtschaftsbeziehungen und der internationalen Entwicklungspolitik untersuchen. Das Seminar wird explorativen Charakter haben, d.h. wir begeben uns auf ein wenig erforschtes Terrain.

Grundkenntnisse der Geschichte des RGW und der Wirtschafts- und Sozialgeschichte Cubas (Aneignung aus angegebener Lit.)
