Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

The course deal with problems and open questions in the historiography of the British Empire. 3-4 introductory lectures.

Assessment and permitted materials

Oral presentation and 10 page essay (1,5 spacing)

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Students will be expected to research their topic, practise presentation techniques and to complete their written assignment. It is strongly recommended that students consult their lecturer about the progress of their written paper during consultation hours (Sprechststunde).
