Aims, contents and method of the course

Einführung in Methoden und Theorien der mittelalterlichen Geschichte am Beispiel des Balkans. Gemeinsame Lektüre ausgewählter Quellen; lateinische Quellen werden dabei im Original gelesen.

Assessment and permitted materials

Mündliche Mitarbeit; regelmässige kleinere Hausarbeiten; schriftliche Proseminararbeit

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Mündliche Mitarbeit und kleinere Aufgaben werden mit 50% bewertet, die Proseminararbeit mit weiteren 50%. Grundkenntnisse des Lateinischen erforderlich.
