Aims, contents and method of the course

Inhalt: Im Rahmen des GR werden Quellen und wissenschaftliche Texte zu den europäischen Dynastien (14002000) unter Einbeziehung diskursanalytischer Methoden gelesen und interpretiert.
Methoden: Recherchieren (haptisch), lesen, interpretieren, diskutieren.
Ziel: Neben dem Einblick in die Heiratspolitik, sowie Dynastie konstituierende und - sichernde Maßnahmen soll anhand ausgewählter Beispiele nachvollziehbar gemacht werden, wie sich die Konfession und diverse Erb- und Nachfolgeordnungen auf das Wohl und Wehe einer Dynastie ausgewirkt haben.

Assessment and permitted materials

Art der Leistungskontrolle: Regelmäßige aktive Mitarbeit., mehrere kleinere Hausübungen (u.a. haptische Suche nach Begriffsdefinitionen/kartographischen Darstellungen in Lexikas, Enzyklopädien und Atlanten), Selbstevaluation.
