Aims, contents and method of the course

History of various aspects (social, political, economical etc.) of the Habsburg Monachy, 1526-1918, with focus on the Austrian lands.

Assessment and permitted materials

Participation in the discussions, oral presentation, exam.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Broad introduction into the History of the Habsburg Monarchy and its sources.

Examination topics

Lecture, discussion, excursions to museums.
