Am 11. März (Rektorstag) entfällt die Vorlesung.

ES SIND INSGESAMT NUR VIER PRÜFUNGSTERMINE VORGESEHEN. Die ersten beiden werden am 1. Juli 2016 um 15h (Hs C1) und am 30 September 2016 um 9:45h stattfinden. Zwei weitere Termine folgen in der Mitte bzw. am Ende des WS 2016/17. Prüfungszeit: jeweils 90 Minuten. WER DIE PRÜFUNG AN KEINEM DIESER VIER TERMINE POSITIV ABSOLVIERT, MUSS SICH BIS ENDE DES SoSe 2018 GEDULDEN, UM WIEDER ANTRETEN ZU KÖNNEN.

Aims, contents and method of the course

Introduction to the history of art (mostly european) from the middle of the eighteenth century to the present.

Assessment and permitted materials

Written exam. Dictionaries may be used, electronic devices are excluded.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Qualitative judgement of the written exams. All questions should be answered, and the students are expected to identify and comment on four works of art (given in the form of projected images).
