Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Since the course will be held in front of originals on site, this can only be done if the current Corona regulations allow it. The learning objective is familiarity with Raphael's drawings and his school. Drawing techniques -, materials and methods will be taught through explanation by the instructor and presentations by the students. Furthermore, the theory of artistic development in 7-year steps by Konrad Oberhuber will be examined using Raphael and other artists as examples. The content will be taught through text reading and presentations.
Assessment and permitted materials
Performance assessment based on presentations and oral participation.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Regular participation in the seminar, oral presentation of the paper topic (including handout). A written elaboration of the presentation is not required. Knowledge of the texts to be discussed in the seminar. Oral participation.
Assessment criteria for the grade: participation in the discussion 50%, paper and presentation 50%.
