Aims, contents and method of the course

The goal of the course is to teach students techniques for the independent preparation and presentation of an art historical topic as well as critical analysis of relevant literature.

Assessment and permitted materials

Mandatory attendance of the course and the tutorium, active participation, text analysis, 20 minute presentation, handout, draft of the written paper, written case study (10- 12 pages)
