Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Critical engagement with twelf selected views on cubism, from Apollinaire to Rosalind Krauss and beyond.
Assessment and permitted materials
Participation in discussions, oral presentation and, most important of all, an art historical paper (of 25 pages meeting common art historical standards). All means of scholarly research are welcome, and there is, of course, a ban on plagiarism.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Participants should be able to do art historical research, ask relevant questions and solve them, give art historical talks and present well-argued and well-written papers.
Examination topics
This is a seminar, so there will be no exam.

See above.While some further titles will be indicated at the beginning of the course, most of the literature will be researched by the individual students themselves.
