Aims, contents and method of the course
Die LV wird sich mit den wichtigsten Fragen der modernen griechischen Geschichte und Kultur vom 18. Jahrhundert bis heute auseinandersetzen. Die Hauptthemen betreffen die moderne griechische Sprache und die nationale Identität, die Religion und die Rolle der Kirche, die Entstehung und die Umänderungen der nationalen Ideologie, die Herausbildung des modernen griechischen Staates, die vielfältigen Transformationen der griechischen Gesellschaft, die politischen und sozialen Spaltungen sowie ihre kulturellen Ausdrucksformen.
