Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

The course will be structured following a cyclical system so as to enable students to apply ideas to a given sub-region, and to use the lessons drawn from this approach for a broader analysis, the choice of options being tailored to the student’s specific interests. This last aspect is intended to attract and challenge students seeking new intellectual insights derived from material culture into Late Antique and Early Christian/Byzantine archaeology, whether as a foundation for a research topic or for intrinsic interest.
