Aims, contents and method of the course

Ziele: Einführung in die Grundlagen der byzantinischen Diplomatik auf der Basis der griechischen Originaltextquellen
Griechischkenntnisse erforderlich!
Inhalte: Überblick über ausgewählte Fragestellungen und Themenfelder der byzantinischen Diplomatik; Kenntnis der grundlegenden Quellen; Lektüre der handschriftlichen Textoriginale
Methode: Präsentationen, angeleitete und selbstständige Lektüre, Übersetzung, Gruppenarbeit

Assessment and permitted materials

Aktive Teilnahme an Fortgang der LV; Lektüre/Übersetzung der Originalquellen:
Hausübungen/Vorbereitung/Mitarbeit (50%), mündliche Abschlussprüfung (50%)

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Anwesenheitspflicht, Studierende dürfen zweimal unentschuldigt fehlen.
