Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Reading and discussing current literature on project work in Teaching German as a Foreign Language, Conceptualizing a project week and presenting the project, planning and teaching of such a project week at a school abroad in teams of two, writing a final report and presenting it.

Assessment and permitted materials

active participation, presentation of concept for a project week and organisation of one, final report and presentation of final report.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Students know current literature on the subject of project work in German as a Foreign Language courses, they will have planned, organised and taught a project week at a school abroad and will have evaluated it.

Examination topics

Input, discussion, teaching of a project week at a school abroad in teams of two.
