Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

The course is intended to provide an overview of selected chapters of linguistics and space for practice and discussion. We will discuss and practice both newer and traditional methods of linguistics.

Assessment and permitted materials

Regular, punctual (!) attendance, collaboration, two-page bibliography on a topic covered, final written test.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

All partial achievements must be positive. The course is continuous in the exam, i.e. each student may be absent a maximum of 2 times with or without an excuse.
Participation: must be positive (+)
Bibliography: must be positive (+)
Test: 60 points out of 100 must be achieved (60-69: genügend, 70-84: befriedigend, 85-95: gut, 96-110: sehr gut)
