Aims, contents and method of the course

Die Funktionen von MentorInnen bewusst machen, den Mentoringprozess planen und gestalten, Gruppenprozesse verstehen und reflektieren, förderliche Kommunikations- und Feedbackstrategien üben, notwendige Fertigkeiten im universitären Lernsetting erkennen und vermitteln, die Reflexion der Studienwahl bzw. des Berufsbildes anregen, etc.

Assessment and permitted materials

Aktive Präsenz in der Ausbildungs- und Supervisionsphase, Engagement bei der Begleitung der Mentees, Reflexion des Gruppenleitungsprozesses.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Wachsende Identifikation mit dem eigenen Studium, bewusster Umgang mit eigenen Lernprozessen, Fähigkeit zur Gruppenleitung, Austausch mit anderen MentorInnen, Erleben einer neuen Lern- und Organisationskultur.

Examination topics

Vortrag, Gruppenarbeit und Diskussionen, themenspezifische Dialoge.
