123030 VO Literature Survey 2 (2016S)
North American Literatures, 15th-21st Century
Labels
This course offers an overview of North American literary history, with a focus on U.S. literary history from the pre-Columbian era to today. In addition, it will feature two guest speakers, one of them the Canadian author Michael Crummey (last session; tentative at this point!). Caribbean and Canadian literature will also be discussed (though, for reasons of time, to a lesser extent).
