Aims, contents and method of the course
This lecture course will offer a survey on Irish Literature from the middle ages to the present.
Assessment and permitted materials
Written exam (90 min.)
The benchmark for passing the written exam is at 60%. Marks in %: 1 (very good): 90-100%, 2 (good): 80-89.99%, 3 (satisfactory): 70-79.99%, 4 (pass): 60-69.99%, 5 (fail): 0-59.99%

Examination topics
the contents of the lecture, the required primary and secondary reading, and a basic knowledge of literary studies and literary analysis as can be expected at master’s level.
