Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Students learn how to analyse contemporary short stories from British writers in the light of recent short story theories and other theoretical concepts. They will learn how to plan, organise and write a seminar paper.
Assessment and permitted materials
- seminar paper (plus research question and abstract)- presentation of paper- active participation in class

independent research on a topic of British short stories that is supported by discussions in class and individual advice by the teacher
Reading list
A reader with short stories from 2002 - 2016 will be provided. Theoretical readings are available on moodle and in the library.
