Aims, contents and method of the course
Assessment and permitted materials
*active participation in starting and closing workshop*self-organized study group meetings with STEOP students (5 meetings)*self-organized peer supervision*final reflective assignment (1,500-2,000 words)
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Students will:
be familiar with some of the basic concepts of coaching,
be able to use and/or adapt these methods for guiding learning processes (of groups) in their professional contexts.

Examination topics
Based on the concepts of experienced-based and process-oriented learning, students use the seminar group as a resource for their own learning process.Both methods of teacher-trainer education and applied groups dynamics will be used.Starting and closing workshops: mix of lecture-style informative and interactive group work sessions, small group and all class discussions, pair work, visualization, coaching, supervision, counselling, case work.Handouts and additional information will be provided in class.
