Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
The thrust of the course is reading modern texts in the Mari language. Various genres will be presented. Every week a portion of a text is to be prepared in advance using dictionaries.

Regular attendance and active participation
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Students should be able to read and understand modern Mari texts.
Examination topics
Texts will be read together. The teacher will provide help with unknown words.
