Aims, contents and method of the course

Grundkenntnisse der Geschichte, Entwicklung und Verwandtschaft der ostseefinnischen Sprachen, mit besonderer Rücksicht auf Finnisch und Estnisch.
Methode: Vorlesung, Diskussion.
Die Vorlesungsfolien werden auf der Moodle-Plattform zugänglich sein.

Assessment and permitted materials

Schriftliche Abschlussprüfung. Nach Übereinkunft kann die Prüfung durch eine schriftliche Hausarbeit ersetzt werden, das Thema soll persönlich vereinbart werden.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Verständnis der Positionierung von Finnisch, Estnisch und anderen ostfinnischen Sprachen im Ostseeraum und in der europäischen Sprachenvielfalt. Verständnis der Beziehung zwischen Finnisch und Estnisch.

Examination topics

Vorlesungsinhalte. Die begleitende Lektüre (Bibliografie mit Links auf dem Moodle-Forum) wird empfohlen, um das Verständnis der Vorlesungsinhalte im Kontext zu erleichtern.
