Aims, contents and method of the course

Allgemeine Einführung in die finnische Literaturgeschichte. Volksdichtung und Kalevala sowie Stilrichtungen und Tendenzen der finnischen Literatur im kulturhistorischen Kontext bis zum Anfang 20. Jh.

Assessment and permitted materials

Studierende der BA Fennistik: Die Vorlesungsinhalte werden als Teil der Steop-Modulprüfung Literaturwissenschaft geprüft. Die Steop-Prüfungstermine finden Sie auf der Institutshomepage. Bei der Prüfung sind keine Hilfsmittel erlaubt.

Alle anderen Teilnehmer: Schriftliche Vorlesungsprüfung am Ende des Semesters. Prüfungstermine werden auch auf der Institutshomepage bekanntgegeben. Bei der Prüfung sind keine Hilfsmittel erlaubt.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Mindestanforderung: 50% der maximal erreichbaren Punktezahl bei der Prüfung.
Beurteilungsmaßstab:
90-100% = Sehr gut
75% = Gut
60% = Befriedigend
50% = Genügend

Reading list

Literatur und Unterrichtsmaterialien: Finnische Literatur in deutschen Übersetzungen. Die Leseliste wird am Anfang des Semesters bekannt gegeben. Als Begleitlektüre sind die für die Vorlesung relevanten Kapitel aus folgenden Werken zu lesen: Pertti Lassila: Geschichte der finnischen Literatur (A. Francke Verlag Tübingen und Basel 1996); Kai Laitinen: Finnische Literatur im Überblick (Otava Verlag, Helsinki 1989).
