Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

In Landeskunde we will specialize in central culutral historical and litterature historical periods for Norway. You will get insight in the most importants authorships and literary works. Focus will be on reflection around, and usage of the knowledge in a cultural historic context.

Assessment and permitted materials

Your final grade will be based on:
- Participation in class: 40 %
- Oral presentation: 10 %
- Written assignment: 20 %
- Written exam: 30 %

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

You shall have a good knowledge about Norwegian history, culture, society and litterature.

Examination topics

Norwegian history, society, litterature history and cultural history.

Reading list

Syllabus will be discussed and agreed upon at the first lecture.
Texts will be available through Moodle.
