Aims, contents and method of the course

Getting acquainted with the forms and genres of Ottoman poetry.

Assessment and permitted materials

No final examination, but regular attendance (missing twice is tolerated), preparation of the exercise texts, constant collaboration, small tests and homework.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Acquisition of the capacity to determine forms and genres of poetry.

Examination topics

The capacity to determine forms and genres of poetry (based on the introduction to the topic and the exercises).
