Darüber hinaus wird die gängige Praxis in der Entwicklung eines Projektes von der Idee bis zum Antrag vermittelt und dabei verschiedene Methoden wie Project Cycle Management, Logframe, aktivitätsorientierte Budgetierung, etc… vorgestellt und geübt.Die gegenwärtige Institutionenlandschaft und aktuelle Themen wie die Paris Declaration, Korruptionsprävention, Wirkungsmessung und Inclusive Development werden von den beiden LV-Leitern sowie nach Möglichkeit von Gastvortragenden aus Partnerländern vorgestellt.Unter Anleitung erarbeiten die Studierenden Kriterien und Leitfragen für die Analyse und Bewertung eines Projektantrags; als Abschlussarbeit werden reale Projektdokumenten analysiert.
