Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
The Lecture on Swahili Conversation for progressive speaking students deals with reading and writing summaries and telling the stories to students. Writing essays on different themes/topics; strengthening their vocabulary; writing and conversing on current global news; to prepare Group project work and exhibit their work to their fellow students.
Assessment and permitted materials
Students will be examined on their communication and written skills in the Kiswahili language. Assessments will be done based on the exhibitions of their project work, through analyzing their communication and written skills on global news issues, as well as their understanding of Kiswahili story books.
