Aims, contents and method of the course

Vorstellung der Produktion und Verwendung der Stempel- und Rollsiegel und versiegelten Tonverschlüßen vom späten Neolithikum bis zur achämenidischen Zeit. Diachronische Darstellung der Motive und Ikonographie der Siegelkunst. Archäologisch, kunstgeschichtlich.

Assessment and permitted materials

Schriftliche Prüfung mit 20 Fragen, pro Frage 5 Punkte; Notenschlüssel: 0-52 nicht genügend/53-65 genügend/66-77 befriedigend/78-90 gut/91-100 sehr gut.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Aneignung der Grundkenntnisse der Glyptik Altvorderasiens.

Examination topics

Vorlesung mit aktiver Mitwirkung der Studierenden.
