Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Bewusstsein für die Bedeutung von kultursensitiven Ansätzen und Verständnis für den konstruktiven Umgang mit Konflikten in der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit wecken. StudentInnen werden befähigt, Entwicklungszusammenarbeit von einer kultur- und konfliktsensitiven Perspektive zu betrachten.

Arbeitsgruppen zu Fallbeispielen; Selbstreflexion; Interaktive Diskussionen; praktische Anwendung von "Tools" für Konfliktbearbeitung.
