Participation (close reading, translations and discussion in class.), short papers during the semester, short presentation, final paper
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Regular attendance (3 times missing is permitted), active participation in the discussion, working on exercises and the final paper in time and according to the rules of academic working. Further details will be announced in the first class.With these steps, a reflecting understanding of the topics to be discussed shall be demonstrated.
Proficient skills in German, English and Arabic are expected.20% active participation (attendance, discussion)
