Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Presentation of central phenomena of Islam. Demonstrating a theoretical framework for the analysis of the phenomena. The analysis will be presented using the slides provided by the lecturer.
It's hurting, but we have to write it: This course is a lecture.

Assessment and permitted materials

In times of the perennial restriction due to COVID-19: There will be a digital examination, i. e., online.
There will be a written examination (open book, no multiple choice). To avoid any misunderstanding: The answers in the written examination have to refer to the content of the lecture. There are no free elaborations.
Although it hurts: We are obliged to inform you that cheating is not allowed. Any attempt to do so will be graded according to the rules and noted in the papers.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

The examination will take the form of a downloadable examination paper. Grading rules will be announced in this paper.
Successful participation in the written examination. Grading and the points needed will be noted on the cover paper for the examination.
