Aims, contents and method of the course

Analysis of Arab online sources. The course aims at a better understanding of these online sources. Non-Arabic languages will be included in very specific cases only.
The course will be held online.

Assessment and permitted materials

active participation, weekly progress reports, presenting an analysis of online sources (written essay ); if necessary a personal discussion

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Submitting an essay according to the rules of scholarly work following the code of conduct of Vienna University; active participation. The grades will result from an assessment of the performance of the students according to the rules at the University of Vienna at all levels.
