Aims, contents and method of the course

Critical readings of academic sources in Japanese.

Assessment and permitted materials

Leistungskontrolle anhand folgender Kriterien: Anwesenheit; aktive Teilnahme; Erstellen von Vokabel- und Kanjilisten und ggf. Recherche von Hintergrundinformationen, die den anderen KursteilnehmerInnen spätestens eine Woche vor dem entsprechenden Termin zur Verfügung gestellt wird; Abschlussübung mit Blindtext und Kommentar auf der Basis der bisher besprochenen Texte.

Der erstmalige Besuch einer prüfungsimmanenten Lehrveranstaltung zählt bereits als Prüfungsantritt, d.h. die Lehrveranstaltung wird benotet! Wenn ein Abbruch während der ersten drei LV-Einheiten stattfindet und eine Abmeldung erfolgt ist, wird in der Regel von einer Benotung abgesehen.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Regelmäßige Teilnahme 10% (wie üblich bei Übungen besteht Anwesenheitspflicht), Qualität der Mitarbeit und Diskussionsbeiträge 40%; Qualität der in Teamarbeit erstellten Vokabellisten, Übersetzungshilfen und Hintergrundinformationen 30% (Upload bis eine Woche vor dem Termin); Abschlussübung mit Blindtext und Kommentar auf der Basis der bisher besprochenen Texte 20%.
